Brooke White - Take It Away - The Jensen Project Soundtrack
I interviewed Brooke White!
Her single "Take It Away" -- now recorded with "lush" and "Summery" music appears on the "Jensen Project" soundtrack available on July 17, 2010 at Walmart. "Jensen Project" is a made for TV movie showing on NBC this Friday. The soundtrack is produced by Randy Jackson and also features Jordin Sparks.
I took the opportunity to ask Brooke questions from my Twitter followers aside from her involvement in the soundtrack.
One of my favorites was Brooke acknowledging that Didi Benami was her doppelgänger. She's also very busy working post-Idol saying how she survived "post-Idol trauma." Her future record? Hopefully more of her current sound and something that she calls "California Country". One of her big projects right now is The Girls with Glasses Show which is a "Carson Daly meets Flight of the Concords meets Martha Stewart style talk variety show." (Looking forward to that!)
Brooke is currently working on new music, but you can check her out now at her blog: Brookie Babble, The Girls with Glasses Show and her Twitter: @realbrookewhite
