Britney Spears Settles Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

Britney Spears has settled the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against her by ex-bodyguard Fernando Flores.  The X Factor judge denies the allegations, but decided to offer a "modest" settlement in order to put an end to the two year legal dispute.

Per TMZ, Flores filed suit against Spears, alleging that she was a "menace to work for" and "Britney would intentionally drop her cigarette lighter in Fernando's presence and then bend over to pick it up ... and "thereby exposed her uncovered genitals."

Flores also alleged that Spears abused her children.  In spite of all that, the settlement, which reportedly was not enough to cover Flores' legal expenses, is said to be an "amicable" one.

Hopefully this settlement signals an end to the era of the Britney who made headlines for flashing her fish whistle while getting out of limos and a beginning of a more positive and productive chapter in the former teen star's life.
