Britney Spears Considering Retirement

Could time in the spotlight be winding down for Britney Spears? The answer is a resounding...maybe.

In an interview with Mario Lopez on Extra, Spears admitted she'd like to focus on her family once her two-year stint at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas is through.

"I might [retire], who knows... I may have two more kids and get married… I'd like to have more kids," the singer said.

Spears would go on to discuss her new, non-showbiz boyfriend, David Lucado, and the advantages of a more low-key relationship.

"I think it does kind of help with dating someone not in the business, I could kinda understand if you're dating someone in the business they'd understand what you're going through every day and stuff," she explained. "I feel like the chemistry kinda speaks for itself when you date someone out of the industry."

Of course, Britney also has a Vegas show to hype: in discussing the show, Spears stated that her performances in Las Vegas will feature ten times more dancing, in addition extra props and gags. At 50 shows across two years, that's a lot of dancing. If she's going to retire, might as well go all out, no?
