Breaking Bad - Fans Hold Funeral for [Spoiler] - Video

Apparently the series finale of Breaking Bad just wasn't enough time spent saying goodbye to one of the show's much-loved and much-reviled main characters, so fans in Albuquerque organized a real live funeral for the fallen fictional character.
WARNING: there be spoilers here!
The gloriously ambiguous chemistry teacher turned meth kingpin Walter White was given his own funeral, complete with headstone. A hearse and a "beaten-up white RV" lead a funeral procession to the cemetery where an empty coffin was lowered into the ground and fans could pay to throw dirt onto Walt's final imaginary resting place.

But before you roll your eyes too much at the fanatacism, the fan organized charity event ended up raising $17,000 for Albuquerque’s Healthcare for the Homeless organization.
While some die-hard fans enjoyed the event, still others weren't too happy and want the site removed, like those with actual dead family members nearby.
Commented one such mourner, "My son is buried about 15 yards from where the makeshift gravesite is ... This is a place of mourning. It's not a spectacle."
