Bow Wow Engaged to Reality TV Star Erica Mena

Shad Moss, the artist formerly known as Bow Wow, has a big year ahead of him, both professionally and personally: not only is he starring in CSI: Cyber, the latest spinoff of the venerable CSI franchise, he's also leaving the single life behind.

Bow Wow is engaged to Love & Hip Hop star Erica Mena. Mena spilled the beans in an interview with ThisIs50 on the BET Hip Hop Awards green carpet Saturday night.

Bow Wow, who recently announced his wish to be referred to by his birth name, would go on to confirm the engagement on Instagram by posting a photo of the two at the BET Hip Hop Awards, with Mena's diamond ring prominently displayed.

Though seemingly in its infancy, the relationship has remained relatively private. Mena and Moss have only been dating for approximately six months, yet they've rarely been seen together in public, save for an appearance together on 106 & Park, which Moss co-hosts. The couple kissed on the air to the shock of fans in the audience, and it's a moment worth watching for the reactions alone (check it out, it's embedded below).
