Boston Baby Shower

When I arrived 10-minutes after my plane departed JFK for Logan Airport this morning, I knew that I was so not made for the Amazing Race. I would miss every single connection! This is the third consecutive time that I've missed my original flight out of New York City. Anyway, jetBlue was cool enough to get me on the next plane, and I was off to Boston in no time. I decided that it was worth it to spend the extra money for the plane than to take a 8-hour bus ride roundtrip.

So why Boston? Well, a near and dear friend was having a baby shower for baby "Luwalhati Anin":

And of course, it's good enough a reason for me to get out of the city for a few hours. To my surprise I even ended up being an emcee for some fun and games, so that was neat.

At 8 pm, I took a plane back to New York, and now I'm home. Pretty neat huh? So what did you do today Rickey? I went to Boston for the day. Haha.
