Blue Ivy Is Carrying A Cookie Dough Cat ... or Dog? (PHOTO)

Always fashion-forward Blue Ivy was also wearing cute Converse All-Stars.
Some commenters think it's a dog, but I think it's a cat because of the way the tail curls.
So dog or cat?
