Blake Lewis IRS Tax Lien

This is an unfortunate bit of news.

The Tax Watchdog of the Detroit News is reporting that the IRS has filed a $124,798 lien against Blake Lewis on July 10 in the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds office.

Blake's publicist however says that everything has been resolved, although a lien release has yet to be filed at the LA County Recorder's office.

Who digs up this stuff?

Here's the job description of the blogger at the Detroit News: "He focuses on state and federal tax liens and, based on public records, interviews and Detroit News archives, identifies those who don't pay income, business and property taxes."

Sheesh. He blogs to shame people. How awful.
