Billy Currington Scores Eighth #1 With 'Hey Girl'

Billy Currington has scored his eighth #1 with 'Hey Girl', it has just been announced.

The lead single from his just-released project We Are Tonight, it took a little while to climb up the charts, before it began making great strides. There are plenty more great tracks on that record so we should be prepared for more of them to hit the top spot.

Billy said of the achievement, "Eight number ones and I am just as grateful for this one as I was my first! We Are Tonight is such a special album, and I am so excited to have its first single hit the top. Now I’m off to catch some waves to celebrate!"

Congrats to all involved.
