Bill Clinton turned down Dancing with the Stars

Omigosh, Dancing with the Stars asked Bill Clinton to be on the show. Unfortunately, the former president didn't have the time to practice and had to turn them down, he said on the Rachael Ray show on Tuesday.

Former House Speaker Tom Delay was on the show for Season 9, but ended up quitting after he injured his toe. Last January 2011, Delay was sentenced to three years in prison for money laundering. (Clinton is still free to move around and learn the tango with Hillary).
