Big Brother 16 Premiere HOH Competition Sneak Peek (VIDEO)

Big Brother 16 premieres this week and there is already a new Head of Household! In this video clip, host Julie Chen explains the rules for the first HOH competition of the season.

It's called "Go Fly A Kite" and the houseguests must hold on to the rope until the last person standing becomes the HOH.

Now that's on the first night -- for the first batch of houseguests. On the second night, the second batch of houseguests move in and they compete for the second HOH. As Julie Chen explained on The Talk, there will be two HOHs as well as more houseguests on the chopping block every week. AND, the HOH has no immunity. This is going to be good!

Big Brother premieres on Wednesday and Thursday on CBS.

So excited! Our guilty pleasure every summer. I will be watching the show on TV and in the live feeds (which start after the premiere) so stay tuned all summer for news, videos and spoilers.
