Beyonce + Jay Z Being Sued for Allegedly Stealing 'Drunk in Love' Sample

Hungarian folk singer Mónika Juhász Miczura is suing Beyonce, Jay Z and Timbaland for allegedly stealing vocals from her song "Bajba, Bajba Pelem" for use in their single "Drunk in Love."

Miczura claims that an altered version of her voice from the Roma folk song was used in the recording without her permission.

As for a settlement, Juhasz is seeking unspecified damages and wants her vocal portion removed from "Drunk in Love." She also wants to forbid anyone from playing it.
