Barack Obama Elected President of the United States
Rickey.org is calling the election for Barack Obama. All the news outlets are projecting that Ohio's 20 electoral votes will go Democratic. This is enough for Barack Obama to clinch the White House. Congratulations!
Update: People are going nuts here on the streets of New York.
Update: All the news outlets are now projecting that Barack Obama is the winner. Barack Obama is the first African-American President of the United States, in the largest voter turn-out in U.S. history since women were allowed to vote. It was also the most expensive presidential election in history.
Update: Barack Obama -- "Tonight is the answer."
Update: Democrats retain majorities in the House and Senate.
