Courtney Robinson, the winner of season 16 of The Bachelor, is ready to tell all about her experience on the hit ABC series.
Us Weekly confirms Robertson's book deal, revealing that the memoir will be titled I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain, which is at least a fitting title, since those are words just about every villain in the history of reality television has uttered at some point.
"Going on The Bachelor was the most amazing opportunity I've ever had but I did not have a fairy tale ending!" said the 30-year-old reality star, who received the final rose and became engaged to Bachelor Ben Flajnik, though the couple ultimately broke off their engagement in October 2012. "The girls hated me, my modeling career was destroyed and Ben and I had a tumultuous 11-month relationship that ultimately imploded. There are two sides to every story."
Robertson was a lightning rod for controversy in her season, regularly calling fellow contestants names such as "fatty" and "horsey," among other insults. However, Robertson claims there's more to the story then what was shown, declaring, "I wanted a chance to talk about what went down from my perspective, because I think there are a lot of misconceptions out there about me."
"Writing the book has been very cathartic -- I've definitely learned a lot about myself and love!" Robertson added. "I think fans of the show are going to love it, it's totally juicy and hilarious."
I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain will be published by HarperCollins Publishers, though no official release date has been announced.
