Well, we still don't know what pop star Austin Mahone's mystery illness is, but apparently it's bad enough that he's been given strict doctor's orders to cancel his upcoming tour.

"Due to illness, Austin Mahone will unfortunately have to postpone his sold out MTV Artist to Watch Presents Tour to 2014," it was announced in an official statement. "The singer ... is now on strict Dr.'s orders to stay on rest and will need to reschedule all dates on the tour."

Anyone who has already bought tickets will be notified of new dates ASAP.

His mother even posted an apology message via Austin's Twitter account apologizing for any inconvenience.
