Austin Mahone Being Treated for Blood Clot

Teen heartthrob Austin Mahone was rushed to the hospital yesterday morning (Oct. 17) for an unknown illness, but now his rep is revealing the reason for his hospitalization.

As they released in a statement, he "was admitted to the hospital with 104 temperature and is being treated for a blood clot and extreme inflammation in his throat, as well as severe dehydration."

Which is an insane sounding diagnosis for a singer who is only 17-years-old.

As a result of his prognosis, Mahone cancelled his sold out tour, the MTV Artist to Watch Presents Tour to 2014 as he is "now on strict doctor's orders to stay on rest."
