Ashley Greene Being Sued Over Apartment Fire

Actress Ashley Greene is being sued by owners of her apartment complex who said the fire that destroyed her home injured them and their property.

The fire started in Greene's West Hollywood apartment when a candle in the unit fell over and lit her sofa on fire. Sadly, one of her dogs (a fox terrier named Marlo) did not survive the blaze. Her second dog made it.

As if that wasn't bad enough, Greene is being sued by fellow residents for the conflagration that occurred back in March.

Adrian Mayorga filed the lawsuit, alleging that his lungs were damaged by smoke inhalation while running through the complex yelling for residents to leave the premises. Due to this, the doorman says he was hospitalized for exhaustion and dehydration.

Four others are also suing, saying their apartments were soot and water damaged.
