'Arrow' Promotes Emily Bett Rickards to Series Regular For Season 2

By Joe Tranchina ·

CW "Arrow"

Arrow has to decided to promote Emily Bett Rickards to series regular heading into season 2! I'm so happy to hear this news. Felicity Smoak is one of the best parts about this show in its first season, and I had always felt she'd been underused until very recently. She's definitely a fan favorite!

When will Felicity learn of Ollie's secret? Are you happy to see more of Emily Bett Rickards?
