Apple Store Fifth Avenue - Tony FTW

So I got my MacBook Pro less than 24 hours after I went to the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue. Not of course after an altercation with a concierge with curly hair who wasn't there tonight. In fact, when I got a call that the computer was ready, I specifically asked if that idiot was there -- because I wouldn't have gone if he was -- I'm that upset. After I got my computer, I complained to one of the managers about him. The fact that I was able to be seen early this morning at 5:45 AM, and have my computer ready at 8:30 PM ET means that it can be done. So I'm not going to take "no we can't help you" specially at 3 o'clock in the morning. I'm willing to wait (which is what I did) but don't turn me away (which is what that idiot wanted).
I've always written about my excellent experiences with the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue in the past (Genius Bar to the Rescue, Props to the Apple Store, Raymond, Joshua, Rob), and though I had one of my worst experiences ever with Apple a few hours ago, it all came to a happy ending courtesy of Tony. Tony is a star. He was the one who insisted not once, but twice with the concierge that I be seen this morning. If you are ever at the Apple Store and see him, thank him. He saved Rickey.org this week! And all he had to do was be a great guy. Cuties FTW!
