Anthony Fedorov is famous for food! Yay!

Here's an interview from the food section of City Pages in Minneapolis / St. Paul. Anthony is starring in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat playing at the Ordway Music Theater until January 2, 2011.

1. You wear some pretty small costumes in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. How conscious are you of that fact when eating -- i.e., how careful do you have to be about your diet? I'm very conscious of what I eat. I like to cook most of my meals. The only thing that I eat that I don't cook myself is sushi. I LOVE SUSHI!

2. We're told you're the go-to guy in the cast for cooking and food advice. What types of questions do you get asked most often?
Whenever I bring in any of my meals, it always smells really good. That's when people start asking me what did I make this time and how to make it. I always come up with new and delicious ways to prepare my food. I eat I lot of eggs, chicken, beef and fish for protein. As far as carbs go, I eat sweet potatoes, brown rice, wheat pasta, wheat bread, all kinds of veggies.
