Anoop Desai - Exit Interview - American Idol Extra

Anoop Desai exit interview on American Idol Extra

Firstly, the Clorox sponsorship on American Idol Extra was annoying. Sigh.

Anoop is a really smart guy. He sounds like he really takes his craft very seriously. Kinda reminds me of Phil Stacey actually. Anyway, I do hope he gets to do what he wants. There is a danger that he might get caught up in the "Idol euphoria" of post-Idol and the tour specially -- and then come out empty handed come November. If he sets his expectations correctly and plans a realistic course for the next few months, we may see a record from him.

Good luck Anoop!
