Anna Camp returning for 'True Blood' Season 6

The sixth season of HBO's True Blood will see the unexpected return of at least one familiar face, as Anna Camp will be reprising her role as Sarah Newlin, Season 2's puritanical anti-vampire activist.
Camp, who’s currently juggling roles on Fox’s Mindy Project and CBS’ Vegas, floated the possibility of a Sarah comeback earlier this year, telling TVLine that her character has “a lot of unfinished business.”No doubt at the top of her to-do list is confronting ex-husband and former Fellowship of the Sun co-head Steve (Michael McMillian), who is now an out-and-proud gay man and a vampire.

So does this mean Sarah is returning to give hell to the former anti-vamp activist? Or could she be returning to make a play for the affections of ex-lover Jason Stackhouse? It seems Newlins have a way of resurfacing when they get that Jason Stackhouse craving. And if this puts Sarah against Jessica in a woman-to-woman showdown, all the better. (You know, for drama purposes. ...Yeah. Let's go with that.)
Season six of True Blood premieres Sunday, June 16 at 9/8c on HBO.
