Andy Whitfield star of Spartacus: Blood and Sand dead at 39

Andy Whitfield, the star of 'Spartacus: Blood and Sand' on Starz has died. He was 39. He was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma last March 2011 which delayed the production of season two of Spartacus.
