Let's get this show on the road!

RECAP

-After a brief recap of last night's show, including Mike Super's magic trick with Mel B, we learn that Mel B's butt was sore from getting shocked by "Desmond" the spirit ghost. She apparently had to take "a lukewarm bath with Epsom salts" to get over the pain.

-The recap video involves each of the finalists talking about their night, with Wendy Liebman being silly and joking about Heidi being naked, Adrian Romoff continuing to be precocious, backstage acts wondering how they could possibly follow Blue Journey, Christian Stoinev overcoming his nerves to take the stage with Scooby (earning the admiration of his fellow contestants in the process), and Paul Ieti fighting back tears talking about what a wonderful moment it was being out there on the stage.

RESULTS, PT. 1

-Nick calls Cornell Bhangra and Sons of Serendip to the stage. One of these two acts will be going through to the semifinals. The result...

SONS OF SERENDIP advance to the Semifinals!

CORNELL BHANGRA is eliminated from AMERICA'S GOT TALENT 2014!

-Sons of Serendip are incredibly grateful to America, as is Mel B, who is happy they got through. I'm stoked they've advanced as well. They were pretty much my favorite act last night.

REDDI WHIP AFTER PARTY

-Nick interviews Adrian Romoff who jokes that despite losing his glasses, the show must go on. We then see Nick dancing with Dragon House "The Agents" while wearing a pretty sweet pair of silver shades. Nick then jokes with Christian Stoinev and Scooby, saying that the dog pretty much stole the show. Scooby, for his part, is basically just "chillin'" in the back. I love this freakin' dog.

RESULTS, PT. 2

Blue Journey, Kieran and Finian Makepeace, and Dragon House "The Agents" are called forward. One act is going through, and two are going home...

BLUE JOURNEY advances to the Semifinals!

KIERAN AND FINIAN MAKEPEACE and DRAGON HOUSE "THE AGENTS" have been eliminated from AMERICA'S GOT TALENT 2014!

-Blue Journey express their gratitude, and Heidi congratulates them on advancing. This was absolutely the right call, as Blue Journey has been one of the best acts in the entire season. It'll be interesting to see this group square off against Aerial Animation.

-Back from break with Nick in the Snapple Lounge, as everyone is apparently nervous except for Scooby, who remains chill and awesome. Nick throws to a video package from last night in which fans asked questions to the judges live online. It's the usual fluff piece about Howie being annoying, Mel B saying quirky things like "Off the Chain," and Howard and Howie jaw-jackin' back-and-forth with a wiseass named Al -- who turns out to be The Today Show's Al Roker. A fun little segment.

RESULTS, PT. 3

-Paul Ieti and Anna Clendening are called forward to the stage. One will advance while the other goes home...

PAUL IETI advances to the Semifinals!

ANNA CLENDENING is eliminated from AMERICA'S GOT TALENT 2014!

-Paul thanks everyone who voted, and dedicates this victory to his parents.

-Howie congratulates Anna on making it this far, and for opening America's eyes to the stigma of mental health issues. He then congratulates Paul Ieti, noting that America rarely gets it wrong. Well, I wouldn't say THAT, but I do see where Howie is coming from. Of the two acts, Paul is the stronger singer.

-Back from break with Nick hyping the imminent start of auditions for next season, which is kind of crazy to think about it. Seriously. We're not even at the Semifinals!

TAYLOR WILLIAMSON makes an appearance!

-In his pre-performance video, Taylor talks about how he couldn't get booked anywhere prior to America's Got Talent. However, now he's living the high life...which leads to the appearance of Heidi, pretending to be in a relationship with Taylor. It's an amusing skit, as Taylor explains that while Heidi is out of his league, they're in a relationship because they have friends in "the same boat."

They talk about having to put on disguises to avoid getting recognized on the street together, and we see Heidi proudly strutting New York in just sunglasses while Taylor is wearing a gorilla mask, causing him to slam into a tree. We then get a bit with Taylor's friends coming over to gawk at Heidi, which seems about right, even if your friends are used to looking at beautiful people all the time. Taylor then proposes to Heidi, asking her to make him Mr. Taylor Klum. And she accepts!

Except, the segment ends in a twist: Heidi wakes up, revealing it was all a nightmare. Or was it?! This was kind of a cute segment, actually.

KENICHI EBINA performs live!

-Kenichi briefly chats about life since winning the show, before kicking off what turns out to be a pretty damn rad performance.

Basically, he syncs up his movements with a music video playing on a screen behind him. Kenichi is in the video with Howie's head superimposed over his own body. Kenichi then gets into this awesome with "Howie", leading to some really cool stunts. I'm still incredibly impressed with everything this man does.

Howie says he was really into it, and jokes that Kenichi captured all his moves. Heidi loves Kenichi, and also loves his moves. And how could you not? Seriously, this dude is awesome.

RESULTS, PT. 3

-Nick calls Christian Stoinev and Wendy Liebman forward! One act will advance, and the other will go home. Nick reveals the result...

CHRISTIAN STOINEV AND SCOOBY advance to the Semifinals!

WENDY LIEBMAN is eliminated from AMERICA'S GOT TALENT 2014!

-Christian gets emotional talking about how honored he is to have performed alongside such incredibly talented acts. He says this is a dream, and he's glad he didn't have to wake up just yet. Such a beautiful little speech. Howard congratulates Christian and tells him that the way to win this competition is to surprise us. So he encourages Christian to keep surprising us. Of these two acts, this was the right result, in my opinion.

-We also get a plug for the Snapple Best Stuff sweepstakes...

-Nick reveals that there is only one more spot left. But before we can get to it, we must eliminate one more act immediately, so he calls the final three acts forward: Mike Super, Adrian Romoff, and AcroArmy.

ADRIAN ROMOFF is eliminated from AMERICA'S GOT TALENT 2014!

-Adrian seems crestfallen, but holds it together like a real pro. The judges and the entire audience give Adrian a standing ovation. That kid has a bright future ahead of him. I wish him all the best.

-Back from break as we're about to get to the results, but not before revealing the final 12 acts that will perform next week in the last quarter final round. They are...

Bad Boys of Ballet
Kelli Glover
Dom the Bomb's Triple Threat
Emil and Dariel
Nina Burri
Quintavious Johnson
Extreme
Jonah Smith
Mothman Dance
Jonatan Riquelme
Smoothini
One Voice Children's Choir

I love me some Smoothini, and Kelli Glover and Quintavious Johnson are stellar. Should be a great show!

-We then get to the final result of the night, but only after a recap of what both acts did last night, which makes this the third recap in two hours, between the 8:00 PM recap show, the recap at the top of this show, and the behind-the-scenes recap five minutes into the show. We head into a break as the judges deliberate.

FINAL RESULT

-Back from break with the judges' decisions...

Heidi Klum votes for AcroArmy
Howie Mandel votes for Mike Super
Mel B votes for AcroArmy
Howard votes for AcroArmy

ACROARMY advances to the Semifinals!

MIKE SUPER is eliminated from AMERICA'S GOT TALENT 2014!

-Sounds about right. Mike Super did a fantastic job last night, but I think AcroArmy were better. So this was the right result, in my opinion.

To recap, the five acts advancing to the semifinals are:

Sons of Serendip
Christian Stoinev
Paul Ieti
Blue Journey
AcroArmy

But what's your opinion? Did the right acts go through? If not, whom would you have put through? Sound off in the comments! Until next week, thanks for hanging out!

GOODNIGHT!
