American Idols Live Tour 2011 on Good Morning America

The American Idols Live Tour 2011 makes a stop on Good Morning America this morning with a performance in Central Park. Lauren Alaina sang "Like My Mother Does", Scotty McCreery Sang "I Love You This Big", Pia Toscano sang "This Time" and the rest of the Idols sang a group medley.

Everyone was pitch perfect for an early morning concert, including Lauren who missed the show last night in Baltimore due to severe bronchitis. What a miraculous recovery.

The harmonies were specially crisp during the group numbers. How do they do that? Amazing!

The crowd on hand looked similar to what I saw last year with Season 9. Just not as huge as 2 years ago when David Cook, Kris Allen and Adam Lambert visited GMA. In the screencap above, you can see open space between the crowd and the bleachers. That was filled all the way 2 years ago.
