American Idol to apologize for Steven Tyler

Tonight's American Idol will start with an apology by the producers for Steven Tyler. I accept. I was really offended by his presence on the show. And the way he hit on the female contestants was sickening.

So what if he sang the greatest power pop ballad in history. David Cook sang it better.

After much chatter about Steven Tyler‘s loose lips and wandering eyes on “American Idol,” Ryan exclusively confirmed on his radio show Wednesday that producers plan to issue an apology to viewers.

“There’s a black card that starts the show tonight,” Ryan explained of the episode featuring auditions in Austin, TX. “It starts with, ‘American Idol would like to apologize for last week’s outrageous behavior by Steven Tyler…’”
