American Idol Results: Tyanna Jones Eliminated, Pays Homage To Beyonce (VIDEO)

American Idol said goodbye to Tyanna Jones on Wednesday during the Top 5 elimination. She missed the coveted "hometown visit" by one week.

For a fifth week in a row, Rayvon Owen landed in the Bottom 2 and survived. He now ties Season 7's Syesha Mercado and Season 1's Nikki McKibbin for most Bottom 3/2 appearances in the show's history.

The elimination was revealed during the first hour of a two-hour show which is unusual since the results are normally announced at the end.

For her final performance, Tyanna sang "We Run The World (Girls)" by Beyonce.
