American Idol Press Room - Tony does the twist

I got this video from Vote for the Worst.

They have a different take on it. All I noticed was Tony keeping himself awake by doing the torso twists.

So excited for next week!

Come to the taping of Adam Lambert on the CBS Early Show on Tuesday.

Kris Allen will be on Live with Regis and Kelly -- along with Indy 500 winner Helio Castroneves.
