American Idol Makes a Ratings Comeback (MJ's Big Blog)

American Idol averaged 25.60 million viewers and a 9.1 rating/24 share among adults 18-49 from 8-10 p.m. This is up from last year's Top 10 which had 24.8 million viewers.

I have 6 words: Adam Lambert. I believe he is now powering more than half of all American Idol traffic on the Internet. (But don't quote me, I am always wrong as everyone knows.)

Update: Well, at least on Rickey.org. He has now surpassed Danny Gokey as the most viewed contestant here -- and Danny Gokey has not lost any fans.
