American Idol Live Tour iPhone Game Released
An American Idol Live Tour karaoke game has been released for the iPhone/iPad. It's actually a surprisingly decent looking game.
If you've ever thought "Hey, I could sing that song better than Phillip Phillips!," here's your chance to prove it. StarMaker Sing & Share has released an American Idol Tour themed karaoke game, which features songs performed by the season 11 top ten Idols.
The game provides a backing karaoke track and pitch guide and allows you to record and share your performances with other players and even receive votes or vote on other people's performances. The app also boasts "real pitch correction" which I assume is probably some kind of auto-tune.
I didn't spend a lot of time with it, but I did try out one of the free songs - "Rumour Has It", and as far as karaoke games go, it seems like a pretty good one.
The app is free to download from the iTunes store, but most of the songs will cost you. The app comes with the following free songs:
"Already Gone" - Kelly Clarkson
"Glad You Came" - The Wanted
"Party Rock Anthem" - LMFAO
"Rumour Has It" - Adele
"What Makes You Beautiful" - One Direction
Other songs on the setlist include:
? Jessica Sanchez - "Change Nothing" (Jessica Sanchez)
