American Idol 9 Dallas Auditions Recap

The American Idol 9 Auditions land in Dallas!

Neil Patrick Harris and Joe Jonas are the guest judges.

NPH was an amazing judge. I love him. He was not afraid to argue with Simon Cowell -- which pissed off Simon! LOL. Joe Jonas however was useless. He did not do anything.

As for contestants, I am very excited about Todrick Hall! He had performed with Fantasia Barrino in The Color Purple on Broadway -- and he sang an original song for his audition. Also, one of my early favorites from the commercials Erica Rhodes aka Barney Girl turned Dominatrix auditioned, and was the highlight of the night.

You can watch all the auditions here.

I am really enjoying this season so far. The people who are rumored to have made the Top 24 and whose auditions we have seen -- all seem like nice guys.

One more week of auditions then Hollywood Week!
