The American Idol 8 Top 7 Disco Studio Recordings are available now on iTunes:

Adam Lambert -- If I Can't Have You MP3
Anoop Desai -- Dim All the Lights MP3
Kris Allen -- She Works Hard for the Money MP3
Danny Gokey -- September MP3
Matt Giraud -- Staying Alive MP3
Allison Iraheta -- Hot Stuff MP3
Lil Rounds -- I'm Every Woman MP3

I liked Danny Gokey -- September reminded me of P.Y.T. which I loved -- although it was blatantly transformed into some gospel thing which I dnw. But loved the beats.

Adam Lambert was good -- but he is just so much better singing live. The recording just doesn't compare.

Kris Allen was wonderful as usual.

The best however was Anoop Desai. Anoop was robbed. This was a great recording as I expected -- just didn't work in a shortened live version. Oh well.
