American Idol 11 Top 7 Redux Theme: Now & Then

After a solid outing for American Idol's Top 7 last week with the "This Decade" theme, Nigel Lythgoe has decided to change it up a little bit.

The theme for the Top 7 (redux) is "Now & Then." For the first song, the contestants will be able to choose any Billboard #1 hit from 2000 to 2012. As for the second song, then will have to select a "soul" song from a previous decade.

TV Line has learned the details exclusively.

So, let the speculation commence!
