American Idol 11 Top 3 - Three Songs Each - Song Suggestions

American Idol's Top 3 will be taking on three songs each this week: Jimmy's choice, their choice, and judges' choice. So far, unlike past seasons, there are no spoilers (yet) on the judges' choice. They were not revealed during hometown visits. Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez and Joshua Ledet will battle it out to the finish line. Who has what it takes?

This week, more than ever before, these contestants need to pull out the big guns. It is such a tight race, any of the two of the three could be in the finale. After literally hours and hours of listening to music, I finally settled on some song suggestions. I decided that these kids need to go as current as possible. They need to prove that they can fit into the current music scene. However, I did throw in some older songs as well that I'd love for them to cover.

Check out my picks:

Phillip Phillips
“Creep” - Radiohead
“Winter” - Joshua Radin
“The Ballad of Mona Lisa” - Panic! at the Disco
“Stereo Hearts” - Gym Class Heroes feat. Adam Levine

Jessica Sanchez
“Everytime” - Britney Spears
“Use Somebody” - Kings of Leon
“Unpretty” - TLC
“Marilyn Monroe” - Nicki Minaj

Joshua Ledet
“Close My Eyes” - Mariah Carey
“Kings and Queens” - 30 Seconds to Mars
“Low” - Kelly Clarkson
“Crawl” - Chris Brown
