AMC's 'Better Call Saul' Music Video Is Bizarre Promo for Show (VIDEO)
Last night, AMC premiered its most bizarre promotional tactic yet for Better Call Saul: a music video for a song of the same name, performed in a ramblin' man, spoken word style by country artist Junior Brown.
The ditty basically gives us a background on who Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) is and why we'd better call him, in the event we haven't seen Breaking Bad before. It's actually kind of a funny song, with some amusing visuals, as I'm a real sucker for wind socks (or Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm-Flailing Tube Men, if you're a Family Guy fan). The lyrics themselves are also pretty catchy too, which makes sense since they're written by Breaking Bad mastermind Vince Gilligan and Better Call Saul co-creator Peter Gould. Check out the music video below and try not to get the song trapped in your head:
Better Call Saul premieres in February, with Season 2 already planned for 2016.
