Amanda Bynes Returns to New York + Her Old Ways - Report

Amanda Bynes was recently spotted back in New York City since her bong tossing, fire-starting ways and according to witnesses she's back to the same old Amanda Bynes behavior we know and love.

As per usual, Bynes spent the majority of the time covering her face (which this time was covered in strange bandages) from the paparazzi.

Sources for TMZ report that the actress was exhibiting bizarre behavior while in Union Square, including acting paranoid and talking to inanimate objects like trees.

Before arriving in the Big Apple (where she is busy being bad at riding bikes), Bynes was also reportedly acting strange at LAX, once again talking to herself, slathering on excessive amounts of makeup and acting as if she were under the influence.

She has also apparently been booted from school and if In Touch is to be believed she's claiming she's engaged and ready to settle down and have babies with a 19-year-old bait shop worker.
