A judge has determined that Amanda Bynes is now mentally fit enough to stand trial in one of her many DUI cases.
The ruling was made based on medical records from Amanda's doctors.
Originally, Bynes was to appear in court on September 24 about a DUI that occurred in April of 2012, but she didn't show up because according to her lawyer she was mentally unable to.
Read: bitch is crazy. Also, she was under a conservatorship by her mother at the time.
This of course put a delay on the proceedings because Bynes was on a court-ordered 5150 psychiatric hold for setting a stranger's driveway on fire. After which she was moved to a private treatment facility in September.
Don't cry for Amanda though, she's expected to be home in time for Christmas where she will move in with her parents. And her gift will be a day in court.
