Amanda Bynes Arrested for Yet Another DUI

Stop us if you've heard this one: early Sunday morning (Sept. 28) at 3 AM, Amanda Bynes was taken into custody by police for driving under the influence.

Déjà vu much?

E! News reports that Bynes was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol for suspicion of a DUI.

She was ultimately charged with a misdemeanor and held on $15,000 bail before being released later that day.

Bynes scored her very first DUI back in 2012 but sidestepped jail time by going through inpatient treatment and accepting three-years of probation as part of her plea deal.

But apparently it didn't quite stick. To which we say, welcome back Amanda Bynes, we missed you.
