Amanda Bynes has gotten herself out of more legal trouble, this time for one of her many DUIs.

The court visit in question was for her April 2012 DUI in West Hollywood. Bynes' lawyer had her plea to a smaller offense called a "wet reckless."

A "wet reckless" is basically similar to a DUI but does not have quite the same serious consequences as driving under the influence.

The plea will give Bynes 3-years of probation and she must also attend an alcohol education course for three months and pay some fines.

All in all not a bad trade off.
