Amanda Bynes continues to flout lawful decorum as her attention-grabbing downward spiral continues.

TMZ reports the troubled actress appeared in a New York courtroom today in full-on rave gear, wearing an aqua-colored wig dressed more for a rave than a court hearing -- sporting sweatpants, a tank top, sneakers and an aqua-blue wig, looking for all the world like Emeraude from Tales of Graces.

Bynes was in court to face allegations she threw a glass bong out of her New York apartment window back in May before police could arrest her. The actress claimed that the police entered her apartment illegally, and that the arresting officer sexually assaulted her by slapping her vagina.

But while Bynes was vocal in the days following her arrest, she was largely silent during her hearing this morning. The judge issued a continuance, scheduling the case for August 26, though Bynes isn't ordered to appear until one month later, on September 26.
