'All My Children' alum Shannon Kane cast in 'The Originals' as witch leader
Shannon Kane (ex-Natalia, AMC) is heading to primetime again, in the new The Vampire Diaries spin-off, The Originals on the CW.
E! Online is reporting that Kane, who portrayed All My Children's Natalia Fowler from 2008-2011, has been cast on The Originals in the recurring role of Sabine.Described as wild, bold and sexy, Sabine is a street-smart tour guide in New Orleans who also happens to secretly be a leading member of the French Quarter's witch community.Kane also starred Nick at Nite's young adult drama Hollywood Heights and the Tyler Perry film, Madea's Big Happy Family. The Originals premieres Thursday October 3 at 9pm following the season premiere of its parent series, The Vampire Diaries.
