Alison Sweeney to leave Days of our Lives
Popular soap actress and 21-year veteran of Days of our Lives, Alison Sweeney, announced today on Ellen that she would be leaving the show after this season.

NO. This has to be a joke. Sweeney has been uber popular in her role of Samantha "Sami" Brady since 1993, and its arguably one of the show's top stars, if not the top star.

It had an incredible comeback this year, but now Salem is losing these days! Last year, Eileen Davidson said she was leaving 

Sweeney is also known for being the host of The Biggest Loser, a gig she's held since 2007.
