A&E Pulls 'Those Who Kill', 'Bates Motel' Moves Back One Hour

It seems TV audiences are tiring of dramas about serial killers and the tortured detectives who pursue them.
A&E has pulled Those Who Kill, the new drama starring Chloë Sevigny, from its 10:00 PM Monday slot after just two episodes. The decision to pull the show from the schedule is as good as a cancellation for the dark, atmospheric drama, which didn't really find an audience in its two weeks on the air. Granted, two weeks isn't much of a chance, but I suppose if a show isn't working, it isn't working.
Naturally, this cancellation has other affects: Bates Motel will now be moved back one hour to fill the void, changing time slots from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The network still hasn't decided what to do with the rest of the episodes of Those Who Kill. I suppose they could move the show to a different night, or simply burn off the episodes on some off-night in the summer. But for now, it’s off the network’s schedule altogether.
