Adrian Pasdar Joins Cast of 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'

Adrian Pasdar is no stranger to the world of superheroes, thanks to his time on NBC's Heroes. But he's now returning to that world as a villain.

Pasdar will guest star in at least one upcoming episode of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Glenn Talbot, a character who is best known as "that guy with the mustache who's spent years trying to track down The Hulk like he's Bigfoot or something."

Pasdar couldn't reveal exactly why Glenn will be appearing on the show, although he did reveal that “there had to be a little bit more in it than just an episode for me,” which implies this will be much more than a one-episode arc.

Unfortunately for Pasdar, Glenn's telltale mustache admittedly wasn't as authentic as he'd hoped it would be.

“I had a week to prepare and as macho as I like to think I am, there’s just no way I can grow that mustache in a week,” he recalls. “So we had to cut up a $400 dollar mustache and try it on knowing that it might fail and there’s not always room to do that in the make-up department.”

But I wouldn't despair, if I were Pasdar. For truly, there are few men who could naturally replicate the Errol Flynn-like manliness of the real Glenn Talbot. Check out cartoon Talbot vs. Pasdar-as-Talbot below:
