Adele: I'm Not Taking 5 Years Off

In the latest issue of Vogue, Adele made a remark regarding her taking a five-year hiatus from making music. WHAT? After her Grammy sweep, this was shocking. She won all the major categories, so how could she think about taking a break? Honestly, if this was true, I wouldn't blame her. 2011 was a huge year for her. That's not even counting her vocal surgery.

However, in a recent blog post on her official site, she debunked that comment saying:

"I've a few days off now, and then it’s the Brit Awards here at home and then I’m straight into the studio. BOYYAHH! 5 years? More like 5 days!"

Now we all can breathe a sigh of relief.
