Adam Lambert slams 'Les Miserables'

Adam Lambert just slammed Les Miserables and the cast on Twitter. He said that they were "pretending" to be singers. He goes on to suggest that they should have cast "actors who actually sound good."

Oh dear. I really hate it when Adam Lambert tries to attract attention like this. It wreaks of desperation! Something must be going on with his label. I'll e-mail my contacts to see if they are planning to drop him soon. There must be something happening for him to just go off like this without thinking of the repercussions.

Les Mis: Visually impressive w great Emotional performances. But the score suffered massively with great actors PRETENDING to be singers.

And I do think it was cool they were singing live- but with that cast, they should have studio recorded and sweetened the vocals.

The industry will say "these actors were so brave to attempt singing this score live"but why not cast actors who could actually sound good?
