Aaron Paul Fires Back Against Toys R Us Over 'Breaking Bad' Controversy
Ever since a Florida mother formed a petition to get Breaking Bad dolls pulled from Toys R Us shelves on claims that the figures were damaging to family values, fans have been coming out of the woodwork to defend the iconic show. Even the stars are getting in on the fray. And chief among them is Aaron Paul.
The Emmy winner took to Twitter to argue in favor of keeping the toys on the shelves, ranting against Toys R Us, and even using a humorous fake pull quote from President Obama to further show his commitment to the cause. He actually goes as far as to circulate a competing petition to keep the Breaking Bad toys exactly where they are. It's a pretty compelling rant, as he makes several points about the other products Toys R Us keeps on their shelves that are arguably every bit as damaging, if not more so, than a kid playing with a figure that comes with a gun and a fat satchel of ill-gotten drug money.
Wait, so @ToysRUs pulled all of the Breaking Bad figures from their shelves and still sells Barbie? Hmmmm...I wonder what is more damaging?

“@BarackObama: Wait, are you serious about the whole @ToysRUs thing?!?” Yes I am Mr. President. Yes I am.

And what about all of the violent video games you sell @ToysRUs ? Do you still sell those? Florida mom really messed it up for everyone.
