4 Things to Watch for During 'The X Factor' season premiere

Out of all the reality television competitions, y'all know that I am most partial to the glitz and the glam of The X Factor. What should you expect from tonight's season premiere?

1) A "British" feel

Simon said that based from early moments of the show, it feels more closely to what he wanted. "It just felt different. It felt more fun. It definitely had more of the feel of the British show. It was everything I wanted — funny, bad, good. I thought the chemistry was good." Will we get the British-sized X Factor stars then? I'm not talking Leon Jackson and Joe McElderry, I'm talking about pre-"Elephant" Alexandra Burke. More importantly, if we are more "British" this year, where is the wooden Steve Jones and Cheryl Cole?

2) No "Queen Bea" resurgence

They are going back to Girls, Boys, Over 25s and Group - nixing the "Young Adults" and "Teens" categories from last year. That means this year you are less likely to see a plethora of kids talent - like the ultimate belter of them all - Beatrice "Queen Bea" Miller and her lesser counterparts Diamond White and Carly Rose Sonenclar. "Queen Bea" is so regal that she made Diamond hover above her in the picture.

3) Paulina, Paulina I have no idea who Paulina Rubio was before this show and have not heard a word that comes out of her mouth. However I'm expecting her to be a latin (and lowkey self-absorbed) fireball. Aye! That's what we need anyway! I mean she is big in what she actually does. For what its worth, I've always said Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey would have worked on The X Factor - which transitions to the final thing to watch for...

4) Bye, Demi vs Simon and hello Kelly vs. Simon

The panel is now female heavy and mixed up. The Kelly/Simon banter has already started and she's really about to give him that work! #ByeFelicia LOL. I'm just trying to get y'all hype.

The X Factor two-night premiere begins tonight on FOX at 8pm EST.
