16 Puppies Adorably Predict Winner of Kentucky Derby 2015 (VIDEO)

Release the puppies! Oh my goodness. 16 puppies attempted to predict the winner of this weekend's 141st Kentucky Derby and it was just the cutest ever.

The "Puppy Predictors" sketch is one of my favorites on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon and this one did not disappoint. The show ran out of puppies actually since there are 21 horses in this year's race. If you are using puppies as your guide to betting this weekend – and we won't judge you if you did – keep that in mind.

The results:

Winner: American Pharaoh 2nd: Mubtaahij 3rd: Far Right

This is actually not that bad since American Pharaoh has a 5-2 odds of winning this year! Puppies FTW.

American Pharaoh is jockeyed this weekend by Victor Espinoza, who rode California Chrome to victory last year. He also rode War Emblem to two wins in the Triple Crown of 2002.

The 141st Kentucky Derby airs this Saturday on NBC starting at 4 p.m. ET.
