1 vs 100 on Xbox Live Arcade

I'm really loving this avatar-based game 1 vs 100 on Xbox Live Arcade. It's like the TV game show, except you and your buddies are part of the mob... of thousands.

Basically, you just answer 37 trivia questions which start off easy then get harder and harder. Your scores are then determined by how many get the answer wrong and the speed that you press the buttons. For example, if 15,000 got the answer wrong out of 20,000 playing the game, and you answer correctly -- you get a lot of points for your answer. If you were very quick in giving the answer you get some bonus points. Also, if you go on a correct answer streak, depending on how long it is, you also get bonus points.

The fun is trying to see how good you are among the thousands of people playing all over the country. Thankfully, we have not dropped below 70% -- and we are still aiming high! LOL

The game only goes on at certain times during the day which makes it a bit of an event every evening. And on the weekends -- there are LIVE games where you can become the real "1" in the 1 vs 100 and earn prizes (they plan this for the future).

If you have buddies playing the game, you can team up in the same "lobby" and help each other out. On our team, I ended up as the "sports expert" by default -- since apparently, I am the only one in the group who watches any sports, hahaha. Angry Alex is the "arts and literature" expert and Conny is our "Google Girl" -- when all else fails, consult Google if there is time. LOL

I can't say anything bad about this game, except maybe a few repeat questions and the copious amounts of Star Wars and Disney trivia. It's just a lot of fun and if you have Xbox Live, you should go try it out.
